Points Rewards Program

Points is our loyalty rewards program that lets you earn points and redeem discounts every time you shop with Lightning Auto.

Below is a full explanation of how the program works.

Who Can Participate?

  • Any customer who creates an account or completes a purchase is eligible to earn Points.

  • Points are linked to your customer account and can be viewed in the Rewards panel on our website.

  • You must be logged in to earn and redeem points.

 How to Earn Points

You can earn Points in the following ways:

  • Earn 1 Point for every $1 spent on eligible purchases.

  • Points are automatically added to your account after checkout.

  • Only completed and non-refunded orders qualify for points.

  • Points never expire.

⚠️ Points are not earned on taxes, shipping fees, or refunded orders.

How to Redeem Points

You can redeem your points for instant discounts on future orders:

  • 100 points = $5 off

  • You may redeem up to 300 points ($15 off) per order

  • A minimum purchase of $50 is required to use points

  • Points can be redeemed directly at checkout when you are logged in

Once redeemed, a discount will be automatically applied to your order.

 Using Your Rewards

  • Rewards can be used on the entire order unless otherwise specified.

  • Only one rewards discount can be used per order.

  • Rewards cannot be combined with certain promotions unless stated.

 Referral Rewards

You can invite friends to shop with Lightning Auto after your first purchase or by becoming a member.

Here’s how referrals work:

  • Share your unique referral link with friends

  • When your friend places their first order:

    • They receive $5 off

    • You receive $5 off

  • Referral rewards are issued after the referred order is completed

Referral rewards must be used while logged in to your account.

Important Rules & Limitations

  • Points and rewards cannot be transferred or gifted to another account

  • Points and rewards cannot be exchanged for cash

  • Rewards are non-refundable once redeemed

  • Lightning Auto reserves the right to modify or end the rewards program at any time

Fair Use & Abuse Prevention

Lightning Auto reserves the right to protect the integrity of the Points rewards program. In cases of misuse, abuse, or manipulation of points or rewards—including but not limited to exploiting system errors, refunds, or loopholes—Lightning Auto may cancel or suspend related transactions and recover the value of any improperly used rewards. If a customer’s points balance becomes negative, any points earned from future purchases will first be applied to offset the negative balance until the points balance returns to a positive value. Lightning Auto reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Points program or any related rewards at any time, without prior notice.
