PICKUPS:

Customers are welcome to pick up their purchase at our local physical store. Please do let us know in advance by phone, text, and or email to arrange time.

SHIPPING:

We use NZ POST and Aramex to ship our items. We will ship out your product as soon as we receive and confirm your payment.

Courier delivery is usually within 3 working days. Large /fragile freight could take up to 5 working days. Rural delivery could take additional 2-3 working days. Getting things delivered on time is important to us, but we can’t guarantee delivery times as we use a third-party shipping company. So, we can’t be liable for any loss, cost or expense caused by delay in delivery.

DAMAGE OR LOSS IN DELIVERY:

We cannot accept liability for goods damaged or lost in delivery however we would gladly help or offer advice within our ability, please do inform us of the incident immediately.

If the product is damaged in transit, please do not sign for the delivery and have the shipper return the goods to sender. We will arrange an alternative unit to be delivered when we are contacted by you. On signing for the delivery, you have accepted that the product is in good condition. If the product we sent out was damaged, please do let us know strictly within 3 working days so we can have this rectified.
